At Melvin & Hamilton, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-quality leather shoes. If they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your unworn items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original dust bags and shoebox, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Bring your package to the nearest designated carrier drop-off point; once we inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
